Great prescribing program, especially for the cost. Terrific customer support, always call back within minutes if critical, very responsive to suggestions (they added a field where I can prescribe controlled substances with a “do not fill until” date line), easy to use on computer phone or IPAD, good prescription history, even tells me patients RX bin number for prior authorizations when the patient doesn’t know it (finds most patients quickly with SSN), easy to add pharmacies not listed including military and specialty… and the customer support is absolutely outstanding. Also affordable to add prescribers and easy for office staff to determine what has been sent in, etc. for patients calling with questions or for prior authorizations.

There are so many aspects about DxScript that we absolutely love. Super easy integration, fast onboarding of new practices and providers, support for us and the providers through the roof, very fast system, RELIABLE, and extremely intuitive and well designed solution for the users. First, the integration process with our EHR was super easy and their support during that process was beyond anything we have had anywhere else. It took less than a week and we were fully integrated with data flowing from each system seamlessly. If there was something we wanted to have added to what we could send to them or what they send back, they accommodated that in less than a day every time. And the API responses are lightning fast, which is critical for a good integration. It was well documented and it was just so easy to do the integration, couldn’t be happier with this aspect. Next, bringing on new practices – DxScript does all the work and makes it very easy for the practices and providers. What a dream it has been compared to our last eRx solution we were integrated with (yes, we have experience with others so we know how bad it can be). Support – they respond instantly, and with people that actually know what they are doing. This has been the case for the development side but also with the day to day users. It is so refreshing to get people that actually know what they are doing as the first line that you talk to. Very fast system – both the API and the day to day user cases for the users in the system – can’t overstate how important that is for a busy practice. You are never waiting for things to load. Reliable – been up 100% of the time since we have been integrated so far with Rx all getting to the destination pharmacies, not much else to state there. Extremely intuitive and well designed solution for the users. We have integrated several practices already and not a single one has had any feature that they wanted that doesn’t exist already.
